Thread: Mage Wars:: Rules:: Adramelech and Sweep

Adramelech has Flying and a Sweeping attack.

There are two targets in a zone - one flying and one non-flying.

To do a melee attack against the non-flying target, Adramelech has to lose the flying keyword in order to swoop down. Sweeping allows him to do a second attack against another target. I assume that he can then target the flying creature with the second part of the Sweeping attack since the rules say he only loses Flying until the end of the attack and in the Codex it says the second part of the Sweeping attack is a separate attack that begins at step one.

In other words, Adramelech can target both Flying and non-flying creatures with his Sweeping attack because the Flying keyword resets between attacks. Correct?

I only ask because the game usually is easy to visualize and I'm having a hard time visualizing a sweeping attack that can hit both flying and non-flying creatures at the same time.
