Too often, I read posts of poor customer service from companies. While it's good to keep others informed, it can get me kinda down. So I'd like to tip the scales a bit and give props to Arcane Wonders.I purchased Mage Wars a while back from Cloud Cap Games in Portland, Oregon. (Cloud Cap is a fantastic place, BTW - visit if you can.) and discovered my spellbooks were pretty warped and bubbly from the factory.
I emailed Arcane Wonders, and Alfiya promptly got back to me and assured me that they would send out replacement books to me ASAP. As promised, a few days later the books arrived - and they were in much better condition than the old ones. I shipped back the old books - and Alfiya even paid me back the shipping via paypal. I did not expect that.
So, hats off, Arcane Wonders. Keep it up!
