Personally I would rather trust my in-game judgment (which power is needed) and get 200% power over Bim-Shalla. I don't mind committing entirely to offense or defense when necessary.
1. Healing a single creature who is getting hit hard every turn -> Regrowth is better
2. Protecting a single creature who is getting hit many times per turn -> Rhino Hide is better
3. Buffing one of your melee attackers who is attacking every turn -> Bear Strength is better

Sure. 3 Cards and anywhere from 4-7 points in your deck. Plus that is 18 mana I think. And the casting is limited to a range of 2.
HoBS is 1 card and 1-3 points in a deck, or 4-6 for a non Priestess and 5 mana for a WEAKER version from any range. The HoBS can affect different creatures so is flexible as it can react to whatever situation you currently need. The enchants are also easier to kill than the conjuration. Different cards with different abilities. So it will be a matter of style.
I agree Bears Strength is a power card in this set too.
