You were absolutely right.. I did my testing with "Perfect Strike" and it was indeed fixed for novice type cards.. BUT "Decoy" wasn't marked 'novice' in the db.. that has been rectified.
Verified Decoy to cost '1'.. db error has been fixed. Thank you!
