I looked for a more definitive answer to your Blue Gremlin question, but came up empty. I do not believe it can be hindered if teleporting, but I can't really cite anything too particular to support this.Perhaps you should post this on the Mage Wars forum. Might get an Arcane Wonders person to provide an answer a bit faster.
