I think she has her place. She's a flyer with a ranged attack. A ranged attack with Sweep. And before the 2 dice attack gets frowned upon, you have to take into account the Sweep plus the Push. It shouldn't be hard to knock some creatures into walls to turn those 2 dice attacks into 5 dice attacks (yes, armor will be twice as effective against these attacks, but still). It also has a bonus vs Flyers and is Unavoidable and Ethereal.
She's situational. Against flyers and swarms, I think she is superior to the other angels. Plus, with her ability to Push, she is good for a Priestess turtle strategy if that's your build. Valshalla is still the best overall angel, but the others have their places. I also think Valshalla is under costed, but that's another topic.
