It was a little confusing to me when I self-taught myself. As I have been teaching others, the key seems to be simply emphasis on quick-CAST, versus quick-ACTION. And CAST meaning a spell, meaning always playing a card. Whereas quick-ACTION has more flexibility in various things can that can be done.If it were up to me, I would have called quick-cast "bonus cast" or "extra cast" or something (granted, those names are terrible), without using "quick" as the descriptor for two similar and related ideas.
