Thread: Mage Wars:: Rules:: Tanglevine, Fast, Charge and Restrained Question

Just came across an interesting situation and wanted to verify if this is a legal play:

Creature X is Tanglevined in Square A (Restrained and Incapacitated).

There is also a Fast creature with Charge +2 in the same square.

It is the Mage's turn with the Fast creature.

Would it be possible for the Fast creature to retreat into an empty square, then move back into Square A and attack Creature X using its Charge ability (since restrained creatures are hindered?)

Codex Hinder states: "Incapacitated, Restrained, or Pest creatures cannot hinder movement" and would thus allow the Fast creature the movement out, then return.

Sounds legal, but wanted to double check.
