by seanmccoy She cannot. Familiars only cast spells. Once cast they are under the control of the Mage, and only Mages reveal enchantments. :-)

by pixelgeek Magecast specifically prohibits spells being cast by objects that can cast spells (page 42 in the Codex) so I would think that would preclude you from Spellbinding it.
