This topic has been beaten to death in other threads, but i'll add my two cents here:The first game is going to take a while, especially if you didnt build the decks yourself. 5 hours seems a bit much (ours was about 3), but A majority of the time is figuring out what is currently in your spellbook and familiarizing yourself with the cards, not actually with the rules of the game.
Subsequent plays have been a whole lot shorter. Anymore, 2 player takes 1 to 1.5 hours for me, depending on the matchup(for example, any game that includes an aggressive warlock deck is generally over in an hour, one way or the other, and priestess and wizard is generally the longest matchup for us).
Once you actually build your own spellbook, you generally have figured out a good portion of your strategy before the game even begins. This speeds up play drastically.
