If one player would like to make long-playing counter-everything or healing deck, it is good that he can do it.
I understand that you may not like this kind of games, but maybe someone do not like spellbooks that ends game before it even started for them. It works both ways.

If you like to house-rule this, ok - I have no power and no iterest in stopping you :D But if you are trying to change official rules, I can not agree with you. Your rules basicly states: "Only fast decks are ok".
